Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to health and nutrition, concentrating on the underlying cause rather than simply treating the symptoms. What you put into your body in the form of food and liquid is probably the single most important factor in the creation of health and disease.

In today's modern world, where processed foods and hidden sugars are abundant, maintaining a healthy, balanced diet has become increasingly challenging. However, proper nutrition plays a crucial role in overall health. Studies have shown that a healthy well-balanced diet can lower cholesterol more effectively than medication, reduce recovery time from infections by half, and significantly boost energy levels. Additionally, nutrition is the cornerstone of successful weight loss, making it essential for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Nutrition consultations last approximately 90 mins and involve talking in depth about the nature of your concerns and your day-to-day lifestyle. We will discuss your completedquestionnaire & cover issues such as diet, exercise, exposure to stress and physical and emotional well-being. This helps to identify the underlying factors in your life that may be triggering poor health. 

We will then organise a realistic and achievable health plan. The plan gives clear guidance about the changes you may need to make in your lifestyle to achieve your health goals. It is a ‘bespoke’ plan, individually tailored to your personal circumstances.

It is advisable to have follow up/review sessions after approx 6 weeks and these appointments usually last for 40 mins
